NIGHT MONOCULAR SCOPE (NMS)
- NMS is a lightweight, multi-purpose monocular night vision device. The objective and eyepiece assemblies can be attached to many accessories as well as to a head-helmet mount. A weapon mount adaptor is also available to mount the system on the weapons.
- A red low-battery indicator appears in the eyepiece when battery replacement is needed. The system also features an active projected IR RED for short-range illumination, allowing such activities as map reading. For weapon mounting, an adaptor is screwred into the system body that locks onto the weapon rail with a turn-key knob. The 3X magnifier is usually added in this configuration and increases the visual range of observation.
